About YKG Professional Corporation

YKG Professional Corporation (YKG PC) is a Canadian accounting and advisory firm founded by Yogesh Gupta, CPA (Ontario), CA (India). We serve Canadian entrepreneurs, professionals, and families with end-to-end accounting, tax, and advisory services, from routine compliance to strategic planning and valuation.

In addition, we offer specialized expertise for clients with India–Canada cross-border interests—bridging jurisdictions for tax planning, remittances, business structuring, and financial advisory.

With over 15 years of experience in banking, corporate finance, project lending, and senior leadership, Yogesh has:

The YKG Professional Corporation logo is defined by two graceful arcs forming a bridge above the firm’s name.

  • The red arc represents Canada, my new home, symbolizing stability, trust, and the opportunities of my adopted homeland.
  • The orange arc represents India, my motherland, reflecting heritage, resilience, and the roots of my professional journey.

Together, these arcs depict the distance between the two homes—a distance transcended by professional values, ethics, and integrity. The deep blue lettering reinforces reliability and professionalism, while the arcs embody growth, connection, and cross-border expertise.
